Multiple Award Wins for PPS at the 2017 Emerging Payments Awards
PrePay Solutions (PPS), Europe’s leading prepaid payment and digital banking services provider, was delighted to win ‘Leading Regulated Organisation’ at the recent Emerging Payments Awards, and to celebrate three further award wins for its clients Edenred, C3 and New Look on the night.
The thirty-strong judging panel, which included internationally-recognised influencers, recognised PPS’ and Edenred’s outstanding achievements in leading digital transformation across the banking, retail, incentive and reward industries over the last 12 months.
Ticket Restaurant on Apple Pay by Edenred was awarded ‘Best Proximity or Contactless Payment Solution’ for seamlessly enabling card beneficiaries to pay for their meal with an iPhone or Apple Watch. Edenred is the first meal voucher issuer to offer Apple Pay from the moment of its launch in France.
The C3 Payroll Card received the silver award for ‘Best Corporate/Government Loaded Payments Programme’ for achieving the largest-ever digital migration in the UAE. The financially inclusive partnership enables UAE based companies to deliver instant salary transfers to blue-collared workers on the C3 prepaid payroll card.
Finally, the New Look ecommerce gift card program by WeGift received the award for ‘Best Incentive Card or Programme. This further demonstrates how PPS and its clients are moving forward in the digital world.
